The service costs includes the upkeep of the gardens. Living expenses, such as taxes, (health) insurance(s), etc. are settled centrally by the cooperative association ‘La Cigüeña'. It promotes your interests by trying to reduce these inevitable expenses. The association is also able to bargain for all manner of other things due to its purchasing power. Telephone, internet and television are offered independently. For water and electricity you receive a monthly consumption invoice via the meter readings in your apartment or villa. Everything is just like you're used to and for the same price or lower.
